One person can make a difference - April 20, 2009
Rep. Matt Wingard rose on the House Floor on April 20 to remember Dorothy English, the property owner who brought to light Oregon's broken land use system. Dorothy passed away in 2008. In this clip, Rep. Wingard described Dorothy as a reluctant activist who refused to back down.
